To
obtain additional copies of grade
sheets, transcripts and duplicate copy of PG certificates, follow the five
simple steps:
- Download the relevant form(s).
These forms are available in the relevant rule books also.
- Fill up the form(s).
- To request for duplicate
PG degree certificate of any IBS program,
download the proforma for Affidavit.Make the Affidavit on Rs.100
stamp paper in the proforma specified.
- Attach
a demand draft of proper amount in favor of ICFAI
BUSINESS SCHOOL, payable at Hyderabad.
- Send the form(s) and
the demand draft to the following:
