Amit belongs to a family of four; his mother employed with the education department, father with the census department and sister who is a teacher.
Anamika’s father is with SBI, mother being a housewife. She has four siblings; three sisters and one brother. All doing well in their chosen fields.
Both attribute all that they have achieved to the values, inspiration and strength instilled in them by their mothers.
After IBS Anamika joined March Market Research and Amit joined Cygnus. It was in 2004 that they both moved on to Infeneon and ICS respectively.
Amit continued his journey as a quality professional and joined Daimler Chrysler and then Target India where he is currently employed and is working as a Senior Quality Consultant.
On handling the pressures and schedules of everyday work life; Amit says “Jobs these days are very demanding and your constantly need to keep upgrading your skill sets according to the changing needs. This makes it difficult to maintain the correct balance between work and home. Support and coordination from spouse helps a lot.”
And this is what Anamika has to say “My job requires frequent travelling and am always bound with tight schedules and deadlines. The balance between home and office can be created only with mutual support and understanding.”
While Amit likes spending his leisure traveling, reading, doing adventurous things; Anamika likes to do some interior designing for her home apart from reading. |
