About me…

I hail from a place that is close to Udupi, Karnataka. I did my schooling in Rajasthan and BE at REC, Surathkal while my wife, Kavitha, studied in Bangalore. I am basically a hard working and disciplined person. I am focused when it comes to tasks on hand and very passionate about the work and responsibilities that I handle. Our son, Anunay, is 11 years old. He is studying in the VIth Standard. Kavitha has been with me in all the challenging times and it is largely due to her patience and constant encouragement that I have achieved whatever I have in my career.

Handling high pressure situations…

I am adept at handling high pressure situations by being calm, prioritizing and being focused.

Balancing work and family …

I achieve this balance by spending more time at weekends with family. I relax by playing with my son, going on long drives, driving outstation and visiting places. Listening to music and watching news on TV are my other ways of relaxation.

The sojourn at IBS

IBS is a great place to learn the ability to handle challenges, the likes of which arise in corporate life. Apart from imparting skills, it helps in developing abilities that build the real leader. There is no stopping you if you are confident. IBS builds a good foundation for all that Corporate Life has to offer.

Biggest lesson in life…
    ° Nothing is impossible
° Time is a great healer

Finance sector and India… the future…

India is going to be the focal point of growth along with China in the coming years. I visualize tremendous potential for assessments business. I also feel that various business models are being turned upside down. Challenges will be many, the competition severe but there will be no shortage of opportunities for those who know how to take them.

Friends and batch-mates at IBS…...

I am in touch with some of my batch-mates but frankly speaking I would really like to have more of an interaction with them. The demands of current work life make it difficult for me to meet my batch-mates.
