Notice is hereby given that the 13th Annual General Body meeting of the members of IBS Alumni Federation (IBSAF) will be held on Saturday, July 24th, 2010 at 12:00 noon at IBS, Hyderabad Campus, # 156,157, Dontanapalli, Shakarpalli, Hyderabad – 501203 to transact the following business:

Item 1:  To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Balance sheet as on March 31, 2010 and Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended on that date together with the report of the Board of Governors and the Auditors Report

Item 2:  To consider and if thought fit to pass with or without modification, the following resolution:

“RESOLVED that the retiring Auditor M/s G S Murthy & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad be and hereby reappointed as Auditors of society to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Body meeting till the conclusion of the next AGM on remuneration of Rs. 5000/- plus reimbursement of out of pockets expenses”.

Item 3:  To consider nomination of BOG members as replacement of such members completing their term.

Item 4: To consider any other matter with the permission of the chair.
